The explainer video
Some products do not demo well. The value lives in an API, a model, or a result that takes a week to show up. An explainer video turns that into a picture people get in one watch.
When you need a SaaS explainer video
If your homepage needs three paragraphs before the reader understands the product, a demo will not save you. Start with the problem, show the before and after, and only then show the product.
How we keep explainers short
- One metaphorA single visual idea the whole video returns to, like Antseed's BitTorrent line.
- Motion over talking headsAI assisted motion design and generated b roll where it is faster than a shoot.
- Product at the endReal UI as the payoff, so the explainer still feels like a product, not an ad.

explainer video: FAQ
Animated or live action?
Whatever explains it faster. Most AI explainers we would recommend are motion graphics with real product footage, plus a founder on camera if the founder is the brand on X.
Startup explainer video or full brand film?
For a launch on X, the explainer should be short and specific. A brand film is a different project.
