Privacy
This page explains what happens to the information you send through bestaivideoagency.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: for a brief, your product details, launch date, video preferences, references and the contact details you choose to give (email, Telegram or X handle). For the swipe file, your email and optionally your name and product.
Our server also keeps short lived technical logs and counts submissions per IP address for a few minutes to stop spam.
What we do with it
Your submission is sent to our team's private Telegram chat and may be kept in a private file on our server so nothing gets lost. We use it only to reply to you and to do the work you asked about. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to other studios or agencies, including the ones featured on this site.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to reply and work with you, then we delete it. Ask us at any time and we will delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Reply to any message from us, or send a note through the brief form, and we will handle it.
